Study biblical submission, its relationship to equality, and the call to trust God.
- How Husbands Should Treat Their Wives — 51 minutes
Apply 1 Peter 3:7 by seeking to understand and honor your wife and responding with care.
- Wives, Respect Your Husbands — 47 minutes
Explore how words and actions communicate respect, and discuss what helps your husband feel respected.
- A Biblical View of Sex — 33 minutes
Consider God’s design for sexual intimacy within marriage and discuss this part of your relationship biblically.
The course also includes a welcome, instructions, and a closing message.

For a couple studying the book, begin with one main book to share and one workbook for each spouse. Answer independently, then discuss your responses together.

How does the course relate to the free teaching?
Some of these messages are also available through free articles and videos. The paid course brings the conference sessions together in a structured Teachable course, with the printable handout, lifetime access, and future course updates. You can browse the free marriage resources or preview the first session before deciding.
Can we watch at our own pace?
Yes. Watch from home, pause for discussion, and return to sessions as needed with lifetime access.
Are printed books included?
The basic course includes the video sessions and a printable conference handout. Printed books and workbooks are separate purchases. Optional Teachable packages include two printed copies each of the book, workbook, and conference handout. Printed materials are available for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy, subject to local Amazon availability. Before purchasing a printed-materials package, email scott@scottlapierre.org with your country and postal code to request a shipping quote. Shipping costs are additional and must be confirmed before purchase. After you approve the quote, shipping is billed separately through a PayPal invoice; your course and materials package is paid through Teachable. Shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery timing is confirmed with your quote and depends on printing availability and your destination.
